Data controller
The data controller is AUTOSGM s.r.o., Company ID: 44 101 384, registered office Martinská 2, Bratislava, Slovak Republic (the "controller").
What data we process
Through our contact form and price calculator we process your name, phone number, email address, project description and, where you attach one, a file (for example photos or a floor plan).
Legal basis for processing
We process the data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — it is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (pre-contractual measures).
Purpose of processing
The purpose of processing is to prepare a price quote and to communicate with you as a prospective client.
Retention period
We retain personal data for 2 years from the last contact, after which it is deleted, unless a specific regulation requires otherwise.
Recipients of data
Your data is processed only by us as the controller. We use the following processors: Zoho Mail (email hosting), Telegram (new-inquiry notifications) and Vercel (website hosting).
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, erase it, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing.

Right to lodge a complaint
