Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between AUTOSGM s.r.o. and the client for the execution of a facade project.

Subject of the contract

These terms govern the mutual rights and obligations between AUTOSGM s.r.o. (the "contractor") and the client for the execution of work consisting of installing a ventilated or wet facade, or other finishing construction work on the exterior or interior of a building.

Order and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded on the basis of a price quote prepared by the contractor and its written acceptance by the client, including confirmation by email. The contract includes the material specification, scope of work and delivery date.

Price and payment terms

The price of the work is set by the quote based on a site survey or documentation provided by the client. The standard payment schedule is 30% deposit on signing, 40% after materials arrive on site, and 30% on handover. For orders under €15,000 a two-stage payment of 50% / 50% is possible. Invoices are issued by AUTOSGM s.r.o., VAT ID SK2022701263.

Delivery deadlines

The delivery date is stated in the quote and confirmed by the contract. It may be extended in the event of adverse weather conditions, additional work requested by the client, or circumstances excluding the contractor's liability.

Handover and acceptance protocol

Once work is complete, the contractor invites the client to accept the work. Handover and acceptance are recorded in an acceptance protocol, which lists any defects or unfinished items along with a deadline for their resolution.

Warranty

The contractor provides a 5-year warranty on installation work. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty under its own terms, typically 10–25+ years depending on the material and manufacturer.

Complaints

The client must file a complaint in writing to info@ysfasady.sk without undue delay after discovering a defect. The contractor will resolve the complaint within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days of filing.

Withdrawal from the contract

Where the client is a consumer and the contract was concluded off-premises or at a distance, the client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason, in accordance with consumer protection law on distance selling. This right does not apply if work began at the consumer's express request before this period expired.

Dispute resolution

The parties agree to resolve any disputes primarily by agreement. If no agreement is reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority or the competent court of the Slovak Republic.
