The price includes everything needed for a complete, turnkey facade installation: • Site survey and consultation — a free survey of the building and expert consultation on site. • Surface preparation — cleaning, crack repair, primer coat. • Materials — every component of the system (insulation, fixings, reinforcing layers, final surface finish) from proven European manufacturers. • Installation and transport — complete work by our team of certified installers, including delivery of materials to the site. • Scaffolding — erecting, renting and dismantling scaffolding for the whole project. • Waste removal — disposal of construction waste after the work is finished. • Warranty — warranty on both the work and the materials, in line with the manufacturers' technical data sheets. Not included in the price: special requirements beyond a standard installation (for example non-standard sheet-metal work, color samples outside the RAL palette, or work under extremely restricted access) — these are agreed individually.

A wet facade (ETICS) is glued directly to the wall, with the insulation covered by render — it's more affordable and faster to install. A ventilated facade has an air gap between the insulation and cladding that carries away moisture and extends the structure's lifespan, but it costs more and takes longer. The right choice depends on budget, architecture, and long-term maintenance needs.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer — it depends on your budget, the architectural style of the house, and whether you prioritize minimal maintenance or a specific look. Clinker and porcelain stoneware are nearly maintenance-free and very durable, while composite and metal cassettes offer a cleaner, more modern look at a lower weight. A typical family house takes 3 to 6 weeks from the start of installation, depending on the facade type and scope of work. For apartment buildings and commercial projects, installation usually takes 6 to 12 weeks. The exact schedule is always part of the contract, so you know what to expect.

For standard insulation or facade cladding replacement that doesn't affect the load-bearing structure, a simple notification to the building authority is usually enough — a full permit isn't required. Larger interventions or facades on heritage-protected buildings always require a permit. We'll advise you on the right procedure for your specific case before work begins.

Yes, an initial site visit and rough survey are free, whether done in person or remotely from photos and project documentation. The precise survey needed for a binding contract is part of the already-agreed project.

Yes, we arrange scaffolding and all other preparatory work ourselves as part of the delivery. Its cost is always included in the quote, so there are no hidden costs waiting for you.

Wet facades (ETICS) are typically installed above 5°C, so the season from late autumn to early spring is weather-limited. Ventilated facades are far less temperature-sensitive and can be installed practically year-round. We always adapt the exact schedule to current weather and the manufacturer's technical guidelines.

We provide a 5-year warranty on installation work. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty under that product's technical data sheet. The warranty covers installation defects, panel separation, and leaks caused by poor workmanship.

Before handover, we walk through the entire facade together and resolve any issues before signing the acceptance protocol. If a defect caused by installation appears later, it's covered by our 5-year warranty and we repair it free of charge.

We agree on payment terms individually when signing the contract. Standard practice is to split payment into a deposit on signing, a progress payment during installation, and a final payment on handover. Exact percentages and timing are set according to the project's scope.
