We're a team that builds facades to last for decades.
YS Fasády is a facade company based in Bratislava. We install ventilated and wet facades for family houses, residential and commercial buildings across Slovakia and the European Union.
We work with materials from leading European manufacturers. Our installers hold certifications directly from the system manufacturers and carry out installation according to technical data sheets, not guesswork.

Wet facades (ETICS)
The contact insulation system is one of the most widely used facade insulation solutions in Slovakia. It combines thermal insulation boards, a reinforcing layer and a final plaster finish into one compact system.
We handle the full installation — from surface preparation, through gluing and anchoring the insulation, to the final surface finish in the color and texture you choose.

How much does 1 m² of facade cost?
The price per m² depends on the facade type (wet / ventilated), material, building height and complexity, the scope of prep work, and location. Fill in the form below with your project details, or call us. We'll prepare a personalized quote and send it within 24 hours.
Do you work outside Bratislava?
We deliver projects across Slovakia and within the European Union.
What warranty do you offer and what does it cover?
We provide a 5-year warranty on installation work. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty under that product's technical data sheet. The warranty covers installation defects, panel separation, and leaks caused by poor workmanship.
How does payment work?
We agree on payment terms individually when signing the contract. Standard practice is to split payment into a deposit on signing, a progress payment during installation, and a final payment on handover. Exact percentages and timing are set according to the project's scope.
