Composite panels

Substructure

Concealed
With concealed (hook-on) fixing, the cassettes are folded into a tray shape around the edges and hung on hidden support profiles. No rivets or screws are visible on the facade — the result is a completely smooth, seamless surface. Used where a clean architectural look matters most.

Exposed
With exposed (visible) fixing, the cassettes or boards are riveted directly to the frame profiles. Installation is faster and more economical, and the rivet heads matched to the cladding color form a regular grid. Suitable for commercial and industrial buildings with larger continuous surfaces.
Composite panels (ACM) consist of two aluminum sheets around a mineral or polymer core. This construction gives the material high rigidity at a very low weight.
The panels come in a uniform color with no visible seams, emphasizing clean, modern architectural lines. Machine-precise edge folding allows cassettes to be made to the exact facade dimensions.
The surface finish (coating, anodizing or film lamination) ensures long-term color stability even under intense sun exposure.
